B&W Manufacturing, LLC Purchases All Assets of Liftequipment, Inc. of Desert Hot Springs, CA

B&W Manufacturing, a California based LLC was formed for the specific purpose of acquiring  all assets of Liftequipment, Inc. of Desert Hot Springs, California.

The former Company was created by Lars Helmerson and has been in business in California for more than 20 years making lightweight aluminum continuous conveyors that are used primarily in the Construction and Roofing Industries. Mr. Helmerson passed away suddenly leaving a Company with an enviable reputation for superior product reliability and customer service.

Joseph D. Brutto, one of the new owners of B&W Manufacturing said, “We are excited about the potential for our new business, but more important, we want to assure current customers, as well as, prospects that we intend to continue to be the customer driven company that Lars Helmerson created. We are dedicated to manufacturing high quality Continuous Conveyors, Motor Ladders and Bulk Hauling Equipment.”
